Strive ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it — in plain language, with no surprises.
This policy is compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What We Collect
We collect email addresses only. When you join the Strive waitlist, we ask for your email address so we can notify you when early access opens and keep you informed about Strive's launch.
We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used solely to:
— Send you a confirmation that you've joined the waitlist.
— Notify you when early access to Strive becomes available.
— Share occasional product updates relevant to early members.
We will not send marketing emails unrelated to Strive, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at hello@getstrive.com.au.
We Never Sell or Share Your Data
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any commercial purpose. Your data is yours.
The only third-party service that processes your data is our database provider (see below). We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other external organisations.
Data Storage & Security
Your email address is stored securely in Supabase, a database platform hosted in the Australia (ap-southeast-2) region. Your data does not leave Australia.
Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL. Access to the database is restricted to authorised Strive team members only, protected by role-based access controls and secret key authentication.
We retain your email address until you request deletion or until Strive ceases operations, whichever comes first.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.
To request deletion of your data, simply email us at hello@getstrive.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once complete.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as Strive grows. Any material changes will be communicated via email to everyone on the waitlist before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
